Captain Eva Lay, the Commanding Officer of 2919 G&SF RC(Army)CC says it’s the highest award any cadet can achieve and it’s not given out lightly.

In order to receive this award, a cadet must complete certain aspects and tasks within and out of the cadet program in order to be eligible.

Chief Warrant Officer Worbel was presented with the award during a ceremony Tuesday evening at the Barrie Armoury.
