Colts Drop Fourth Straight To Attack

Barrie Colts get a point in a 4-3 overtime loss to Owen Sound

Despite being outshot by a nearly 2-1 margin in Owen Sound, the Barrie Colts collect a point in a 4-3 loss to the Attack, dropping their current losing skid to four consecutive games.

Jet Greaves one reason why the Colts get a point as the final shots were 45-17 Owen Sound.

Jacob Tortora found the back of the net twice while Aidan Brown gave the visitors the lead late in the second period.

Aidan Dudas would score the 2-2 goal and the eventual winner in the extra frame; Daylon Groulx and Sergey Popov had the other Owen Sound goals. In their crease Andrew MacLean stopped just 14 shots for the win.

The Colts don’t have a lot of time to dwell on this result; they find themselves in Peterborough Thursday to take on the Petes. For tickets to the next home game versus the Kingston Frontenacs on Saturday February 16th, click here
