Colts Playoff Hopes Dashed In Owen Sound

Colts will now play out the schedule thanks to a 5-1 loss to the Attack

For the second straight night the Colts penalty kill surrenders more than one goal to the opposition as the Owen Sound Attack help the North Bay Battalion in a 5-1 win.

Further with the Eastern Conference playoff race, the Hamilton Bulldogs clinch a spot in the dance as have the Battalion.

36-18 were the final shots on goal in favour of the Attack as Cade Robinson had a pair of markers for Owen Sound while Adam McMaster pots the winner short-handed late in the first period. Manuel Alberg and Kaleb Pearson also found the back of the net. Ben Hawerchuk had the lone Colts goal.

Mack Guzda makes 17 saves in the win for the Attack; Jet Greaves stops 31 shots in the loss for the Colts.
