Coroner’s Office Launches Inquest Into Severn Death

31 year old David Pinkney succumbed to his injuries when he was caught between a conveyor belt and a drum at a mine

The death of David Pinkney will be looked at further by the Coroner’s Office.

The 31 year old succumbed to his injuries on February 6th 2017 when he was caught between a conveyor belt and a drum at a mine in Severn.  

The inquest will examine the circumstances surrounding Mr. Pinkney’s death. The jury may make recommendations aimed at preventing future deaths.
