Death of Collingwood man is a homicide
Body was found inside a Collingwood residence
OPP have charged a 54-year-old man with first degree murder after the body of another man was found inside a residence in Collingwood.
Police responded to the residence on Hurontairo Street around 8:20 a.m. on Friday where they found a deceased person and arrested an individual.
The suspect is from Collingwood.
The victim has been identified as 57-year-old Donald Caines of Collingwood.
OPP say a post mortem is scheduled to take place on Sunday.
The accused has been remanded in custody.
