Employer facing sexual assault charges following allegations made by teenage employees at Barrie, Alliston businesses

Two 17-year-old victims came forward, allege incidences between December and February

A business owner is facing charges after police say two of his employees made sexual assault allegations.

The OPP say a 50-year-old Brampton man has been charged with four counts each of sexual assault and sexual exploitation in connection to incidents reported by a pair of employees between December 2020 and February 2021.

The two victims are 17 years of age and were employed at two food businesses owned by the accused, one in Alliston, the other in Barrie. Anyone who may have additional information or is a victim of similar circumstances is urged to contact the Nottawasaga Detachment of the OPP at 1-888-310-1122.
