We need your continued support to ensure that people living with dementia\, and those who love and care for them\, have the resources they need\, close to home. \n  \nThe Alzheimer Society is very proud to be partnering with Springwater Provincial Park in partnership with Beausoleil First Nation. \n  \nOur Walk will be filled with free activities\, live music and most importantly an honour path where our walkers can send in the pictures of their loved ones to honour them on the path.
