Now it can be seen streaming on CBC Gem. With 4 comedy albums on Spotify\, Casey had a breakthrough year as a Spotify Artist. Here are some of his Spotify numbers \nListeners: 108.5k\, Streams: 360.3k\, Hours: 16.2k\, and was heard in 88 countries. \nPre-pandemic (2017-2019) The last few years have been fantastic for Casey Corbin. With highlights that include performing at a sold-out National Arts Centre in Ottawa\, Canada opening for Mr. D himself\, Gerry Dee. Having a 9-show run at Just For Laughs Toronto festival\, JFL 42. This included 4 sold-out shows at the Royal Theatre sharing the stage with friend Rory Scovel and one time with a surprise special guest\, Amy Schumer. Worked with his comedy hero\, the late great Norm MacDonald for 6 sold-out shows in Calgary. Opening for Canadian comedy legend Ron James. As well as competing in the 8th annual Brantford Comedy Festival and winning its grand prize of $10\,000. He’s also been seen on CBC’s Halifax Comedyfest and even Comedy At Club 54. (but that was a long time ago) \nHe’s a regular on SiriusXM Just For Laughs Canada and has also been heard on CBC One on Laugh Out Loud. He has performed at the 25th Anniversary of Just For Laughs and toured with them in support of Harland Williams on his 2005 Tasty Treats Tour. \nMC Danish Anwar\nDanish Anwar’s comedy resume is so thick that the Kardashians are suing for copyright. He is an award-winning comedian and a trendsetting producer\, known for selling out shows worldwide at venues like the iconic Comedy Store in LA\, the ultra-cool Tokyo Comedy Bar in Japan where he’s a recurring favourite\, and the prestigious National Arts Centre in Ottawa. He has worked with comedy titans like Dave Attell\, Russell Peters and Paul Provenza and performed at major festivals like Just For Laughs\, ZOOFEST\, and the Magners International Comedy Festival in Bangkok. He’s also the founder of the comedy label Toronto Comedy All Stars\, and was featured in an award-winning documentary about comedy called ” Stand Up Toronto ”. Danish possesses an impressively wide range of comedy\, spanning everything from fully uncensored roasts to corporate clean shows\, such as writing on CBC shows such as Because News\, The Debaters and Laugh Out Loud\, and creating the global roast battle sensation Your Hood’s A Joke\, which plays in LA\, NYC\, Tokyo\, Winnipeg and Toronto with expansions in Barcelona and Amsterdam in 2023. \nFeaturing DK Phan\nPeople often ask – what does DK stand for? DK stands for honour\, respect\, discipline\, and a good work ethic. But mostly I just tell jokes and do voices. See you there! \nWomen & Children's Shelter of Barrie has been providing shelter and support services to human trafficked and abused women and children since 1981. The agency consists of a 27 bed crisis shelter along with Outreach services onsite. Approximately 1\,500 women and children are assisted by the agency annually. In addition to shelter\, staff provide individual and group counselling\, legal information and support\, court support\, information about violence against women\, referrals to other community and social services\, and public education in the community.
