Five Charged in Connection to Angus Armed Hold Up
Weapons, Robbery, Threatening Charges Laid Among All Five
Five people are waiting for their day in court in connection to an armed robbery in Angus.
The OPP say the December 11th, 2018 robbery involved a gun and happened in a parking lot in town. Nobody was hurt during the incident.
A search warrant at an Essa Township home is said to have turned up a firearm that may have been involved, along with the bullets for it. Several other guns were seized as part of the investigation.
A young person and four others, all from Essa Township, are facing a mix of firearms, robbery, and threatening charges.
