A 77-year-old Innisfil man succumbs to his injuries

A 77-year-old Innisfil man succumbs to his injuries after being involved in the crash in Innisfil.

The investigation continues by South Simcoe Police after a two vehicle crash sent four people to hospital.

Emergency crews rushed to the scene of the crash at 14th Line and 10th Sideroad after dinnertime last night, with the roadway closed off much of the evening. South Simcoe Police say four people were hurt in the collision, while one of the group was hurt severely enough to be airlifted to Toronto trauma centre for treatment.

 The road was closed for several hours. The cause of the collision has not yet been determined.
