Laundry List Of Charges Against Suspect In Tiny Township Offences

Cornwall suspect alleged to be behind a series of events in Tiny Township

A 30 year old Cornwall man has a lot to answer for in a series of events in Tiny Township

The events occurred within a few days of each other.

First one involved a Tiny Beaches Road North residence on August 2nd; Second one the next day at a residence on Cedar Point Road and Concession 20 West.

The charges include:

  • Robbery with Weapon
  • Resist Peace Officer
  • Possession of Weapon for Dangerous Purpose
  • Mischief Under $5,000
  • Assault with A Weapon
  • Theft Under $5000
  • Fail to Comply with Recognizance
  • Fail to Comply with Probation Order
  • Causing a Disturbance
  • Uttering Threats – Cause death or Bodily Harm
  • Operating human-powered pleasure craft without personal flotation device or lifejacket of appropriate size for each person on board
  • Operating human-powered pleasure craft without prescribed life-saving appliances on board
  • Operating human-powered pleasure craft without prescribed vessel safety and navigation equipment on board
  • Break, Enter a place – commit indictable offence
  • Theft Under $5000
  • Possession Property Obtained by Crime Under $5,000 – in Canada
  • Fail to Comply with Recognizance
  • Fail to Comply with Probation Order
  • Mischief Under $5,000
