10 people arrested and six charged in Orillia drug investigation

Ontario Provincial Police have released details of a bust conducted last Friday on Matchedash Street in Orillia as part of a drug trafficking investigation.

Police executed a search warrant and arrested 10 individuals located in the residence. Officers seized a quantity of cocaine and Canadian cash and an ornate cane, with a Cobra head, which could be unscrewed to reveal a narrow sword.
Six people from Orillia, Carden Township and Ramara have been charged. The remaining individuals were released without charges.
