Alt Rock is Barrie's rock climbing hub. There's over 6000 ft worth of climbing in the gym. Most of the climbing available is bouldering style, (no harness, ropes or partner needed) making it easy to get started. There is also a Kids Zone on-site where kids can climb safely using harnesses and auto-belays.

It's fun, competitive and exhilarating! Axe throwing is a great place to go with friends or book an event. We recommend you go to the pros for this, and don't try it at home.

9. Drop In Reball - Barrie Sports Dome
Every Friday night (except holiday weekends) from October-April, the Barrie Sports Dome runs reball drop-in sessions from 7 pm-8:45 pm and 9 pm-10:45 pm for players of all skill levels aged 12 & up.
Reball is just like paintball, minus the mess. Each session is $30/ player and includes rentals.
