
Three drivers were charged with stunt driving in three days by Nottawasaga OPP officers conducting speed enforcement.
On Saturday, March 7, shortly after 11:30 p.m., police say an officer conducting speed enforcement on Highway 89 east of Alliston stopped a vehicle travelling 143 km/h in an 80 km/h zone.
The driver was charged with stunt driving, speeding, failing to surrender their licence, and failing to surrender an insurance card.

On Monday at around 8 a.m., an officer stopped two vehicles within an hour for stunt driving on Mill Street in Angus. The first driver was clocked at 116 km/h in a posted 50 zone, and the other motorist was stopped about an hour later travelling 112 km/h. Both drivers were charged with stunt driving.
All drivers received a 30 day licence suspension, had their vehicles impounded for 14 days and have future court dates.
