Barrie Police among 11 Ontario police services involved in Kenneth Law case: Peel Police

Barrie Police are among 11 police services across Ontario now involved in the case of Kenneth Law, who is accused of selling a lethal substance to people at risk of suicide.

Peel Regional Police posted a video online Friday announcing the expanded investigation.

Police said they are concerned there are still items out there that could be dangerous.

“Investigators are asking members of the community to be alert of any packaging or labels identifying sodium nitrite, including hoods and or masks that can be used to cause self-harm,” Peel police said in the video.

Investigators have said Law is accused of selling sodium nitrate through several websites.

The Mississauga man may have sent packages to as many as 40 countries.

He is charged with two deaths in Peel Region.

Peel Police say if you or someone you know has received a package from the businesses listed below, please contact your local police service immediately.
