Southern Georgian Bay OPP are investigating a fatal collision that occurred on the grounds of Waypoint Mental Health Care on Church Street in Penetanguishene.
Police say emergency crews were called to the hospital property around 10 this morning after a pedestrian was struck by a delivery vehicle.
The pedestrian is a 61-year-old woman, identified as a hospital employee, and police say she was pronounced deceased at the scene.
No charges have been laid at this time, and the investigation is ongoing.
