The Downtown Barrie BIA is inviting families, friends and movie fans to grab a lawn chair or blanket and head to Meridian Place on Wednesday night for the second installment of the Lawnchair Luminata Outdoor Movie Series.
The big screen will feature Disney's Lilo & Stitch, a live-action reimagining of the classic story celebrating family, friendship, and finding where you belong.
The outdoor movie is free, with the film getting underway at dusk, around 9 to 9:30 p.m. A rain date is scheduled for Thursday, July 23.
Organizers say Lawnchair Luminata is about creating memorable summer nights in downtown Barrie, bringing the community together under the stars.
Moviegoers are encouraged to arrive early find a spot at Meridian Place, and visit one of the downtown's restaurants, cafes, or shops before the movie begins.
