TAP begins with a two-day workshop to orientate participating businesses. It will teach them about the exporting resources available and how to build and implement a market entry plan. A week later is a one-day session where participants receive hands-on support from leading Canadian export advisors on how to build an export plan. Over the next three weeks, participants will develop and submit a final plan with ongoing support from the TAP team. The final day of the program focuses on mentoring, feedback, and assisting participants in connecting with resources and contacts as they go forward into the global market.
