CANCELLED: Annual Georgian College Pow Wow
Celebrate tradition indigenous culture at the Annual Georgian College Pow Wow. This event will have tons of activities like craft vendors, music, dancing, and a hand drum competition along with dinner and two separate grand entrance ceremonies. Admission and parking are both free but a non-perishable food donation is encouraged to support the Georgian Food Locker.

Junction City Wrestling at Horseshoe Resort
If you're looking for something a little different, Horseshoe Resort will be hosting Junction City Wrestling for an afternoon of high-flying, acrobatic, and exciting entertainment. This family-friendly event is indoors and completely free so why not grab a lift ticket or grab a bite to eat at the Crazy Horse?

Mariposa Folk Festival's 60th Anniversary Celebration
BarrieFolk is partnering with the Mariposa Folk Foundation to bring three multi-award winning musicians together for an intimate show at the Five Points Theatre: Lynn Miles, Valdy, and Suzie Vinnick. If you're a fan of folk music, tickets are only $35 so there's no excuse not to see these Canadian music icons.

Kids Gone Wild at Friday Harbour
Friday Harbour is kicking off March Break early with its Kids Gone Wild event this weekend. There will be tons of activities, crafts, adventures, and games for kids of all ages to enjoy and with delicious restaurants like Fishbone and Beach Club, there's something for the adults to enjoy too!

It's another Saturday night of exciting hockey action this weekend with the Barrie Colts taking on the visiting North Bay Battalion. The teams are knotted up this season in their last four meetings so this will be the rubber match. Both teams are also coming off losses so they should be hungry for a win.
