Movie based on "Spirit Halloween" stores
It's never too early to start thinking about Halloween, and this October, you'll be greeted by "Spirit Halloween," the movie.
The classic pop-up shop has long served as every Halloween lover's "Happy Place," and it's now the backdrop to a new movie.
Christopher Lloyd (Back to the Future), Rachael Leigh Cook (She's All That) and Marla Gibbs (El Camino: A Breaking Bad Movie) lead the cast on a family-friendly adventure.
Variety reports that filming's already wrapped up, and you can expect it in October 2022.
The movie's logline states:
When a new Spirit Halloween store appears in a deserted strip mall, three middle-school friends who think they've outgrown trick-or-treating make a dare to spend the night locked inside the store on Halloween night.
But they soon find out that the store is haunted by an angry evil spirit who has possessed the creepy animatronic characters.
The kids embark on a thrilling and spooky adventure in order to survive the night and avoid becoming possessed themselves.
Brit-Brit is expecting a baby; one more time
Britney Spears is expecting a baby with her fiancé Sam Asghari.
On Instagram, she announced she's pregnant and opened up about her past experience with depression.
Spears said she had perinatal depression during her previous pregnancies with sons Sean Preston and Jayden James in 2005 and 2006.
People didn't discuss perinatal depression much then, but spears said she is grateful that's changed.
"Now women talk about it every day. Thank Jesus we don't have to keep that pain a reserved proper secret," she says.
Spears made no secret of wanting another child. During her battle to be released from her 13-year conservatorship, Spears said she was forced to keep her IUD to prevent her from getting pregnant.
Billy Ray and Tish Cyrus are divorcing
Billy Ray Cyrus and Tish Cyrus are divorcing after 30 years together.
Tish filed for divorce last week, citing irreconcilable differences.
It's not the first time the couple has filed for divorce. They nearly split in 2010 and again in 2013 before reconciling. Reports say the two haven't lived together for almost two years.
In a joint statement to People Magazine, they explained their decision.
"We have decided to go our separate ways — not with sadness, but with love in our hearts. We have grown up together, raised a family we can be so proud of, and it is now time to create our own paths."
"We have not come to this decision lightly or quickly, but with so much going on in the world, we wanted to provide some clarity and closure, so we can remain focused on what is important."
The couple shares three children Miley, Noah, and Braison.
