The real-life Joe and Carole were feuding for years, and this new drama puts an interesting spin on the events that eventually saw Exotic sentenced to prison.
The film stars Kate McKinnon as Carole Baskin, John Cameron Mitchell plays Joe "Exotic" Maldonado-Passage, and Kyle MacLachlan as Carole's current husband, Howard Baskin,
The real-life Carol Baskin saw the trailer, saying, "My husband and I look forward to seeing Kate Mckinnon and Kyle McLaughlin's portrayal of us."
"I expect Joe Vs. Carole will be a lot more entertaining than the situation in real life."
It premiers on Peacock on March 3rd.

Hugh Hefner died in 2017 at age 91.

Taylor Swift lashes back when accused of not being a song writer
Watch what you say about Taylor Swift because she's not afraid to set you straight.
The singer is taking issue with a claim from Blur and Gorillaz frontman Damon Albarn after he accused her of not writing her own songs.
In an interview with the LA Times, Damon said Taylor co-writes her songs which doesn't count.
"Co-writing is very different to writing. I'm not hating on anybody; I'm just saying there's a big difference between a songwriter and a songwriter who co-writes. It doesn't mean that the outcome can't be really great."
Taylor says that his statement is false and shot back on Twitter writing,
"Your hot take is completely false and so damaging. You don't have to like my songs, but it's really $#!# up to try and discredit my writing. WOW."
And she didn't stop there, adding, "PS, I wrote this tweet all by myself in case you were wondering."
The message was received loud and clear, as Albarn quickly apologized, responding, "I totally agree with you. I had a conversation about songwriting, and sadly it was reduced to clickbait."
"I apologize unreservedly and unconditionally. The last thing I would want to do is discredit your songwriting. I hope you understand."
