Another month, another long list of this month's streaming releases! However, there's a lot of fluff so here are the best three.
West Side Story
The classic story of Romeo and Juliet is retold (again) through the lens of a bubbling street war between two rival gangs in 1957 New York City, the Jets and the Sharks. Ansel Elgort (Baby Driver) stars alongside newcomer Rachel Zegler who is receiving high praise for her debut role. Many thought West Side Story was a movie that should never be remade, however, with Steven Spielberg behind the camera it managed to drum up seven nominations at the Oscars this year, putting those doubts to rest. Good news too, no need to wait on this one because it already hit Disney Plus on March 2!
Turning Red
Mei Lee is a 13-year-old girl who is torn between being her mother's obedient daughter and the chaos of her youth. As if that were not enough, when she gets too excited, she turns into a big red panda. While early reviews of the film are less than stellar, most agree that it is visually breathtaking, as all Pixar movies are. The real reason to check this one out though? It's set in Toronto and apparently pays pretty high tribute to the area. This one hits the streaming service on March 11.
Moon Knight
Steven Grant and mercenary Marc Spector investigate the mysteries of the Egyptian gods from inside the same body. Likely the most anticipated release of the month, Moon Knight has been on many people's radar for quite some time now. It seems like every poster, trailer, or bit of news about the series points to it being something unmissable. For superhero fans staying up to date on the Marvel Cinematic Universe, we're sure they're excited about it, but we needed to give a friendly reminder that it's dropping on March 30!

Those are the "big 3" hitting Disney Plus in March, but there's plenty more to check out. This month's streaming releases include movies, new episodes of your favourite shows, and debuts for new ones.
