Jeremy Renner has a long way to go with his recovery, but his spirits are high.
The Marvel star posted a video from his ICU bed getting some improvised pampering from his mom and sister.
He captioned the video saying "A 'not no great' ICU DAY, turned to an amazing spa day with my sis and mama❤️. Thank you sooooo much."

In the video, he's getting his hair shampooed, explaining it's his first wash in over a week.
His meds must be good as he jokes around with his family after he suffered critical injuries on new year's day.
The 51-year-old suffered a collapsed chest, and his upper torso was crushed when he was run over by the plow.
Just moments before the crash, Renner was helping a family member get their car free after a massive snowfall.
When he stepped out to speak to the family member, the machine started moving on its own. Renner was struck attempting to get back into the vehicle.
He has since undergone two surgeries for his injuries.
