Oh yes, they did!
After years of stops and starts, the popular jump scare video game "Five Nights at Freddy's" has finally been made into a movie.
The teaser trailer has dropped and gives us a sneak peek at what Freddy Fazbear's Pizza looks like in real life.
The game centres around a nighttime security guard at the restaurant as he's haunted by creepy animatronics that come to life.
The film stars Josh Hutcherson as the security guard who has to deal with this mess.
Elizabeth Lail, Piper Rubio, Kat Conner Sterling, Mary Stuart Masterson and Matthew Lillard also star in the film, alongside several animatronic designs and technology by Jim Henson's Creature Shop.
It will hit theatres and streaming services in time for Halloween on October 27.
