Don't let her glamorous stage look fool you, Adele has some serious and relatable issues going on.
The hot stage lights and constricting Spanx left her with a serious rash.
She didn't leave anything back as she told a Las Vegas audience about her recent skin irritation, known as jock itch.
During her "Weekends With Adele" show, she hilariously told the audience how uncomfortable she was.

"During shows, I wear Spanx to keep it all in and make it all fit me, and I sweat a lot, and it doesn't go anywhere. So basically, I'm sitting in my own sweat. So my doctor gave me jock itch cream," she said.
She joked she has to squeeze the cream on herself as athletes do, then joked she had no idea why she shared so much information.
"I don't know why the f*^k I just told you that." she laughed.
If you're lucky never to have had jock itch, it's an itchy, stinging and uncomfortable rash. It's a common ailment among athletes due to constant sweating and rubbing of the thighs and nearby body parts.
