Donair-via alberta auction

The Alberta Government is auctioning off a 6-foot-tall Donair costume that's so realistic looking it will make your mouth water.

The giant costume was purchased in 2015 for a public service campaign that never happened, resulting in it sitting in storage for several years.

It's extremely realistic and consists of fake shaved meat, lettuce, onions, tomatoes and sauce wrapped in a pita and tinfoil.

The listing says it comes with "a silver-coloured body suit for that authentic tinfoil look!"

Everyone wants a piece of it, with current bidding over $5.000 and nearly 25 days left in the auction.

Check out the auction here.
