Step aside, "Movember," Januhairy is here for the ladies.

The movement encourages women to ditch the razors, tweezers and wax for the month and let it grow and show.

The idea has been around for six years, and the Instagram account that encourages the natural look has over 40 thousand members.

The page says they are about promoting self-confidence, challenging societal beauty standards, and creating a supportive community where people can share their journey.

Members share their hair growth journey all year long but shine a brighter light on it for January.

"New year, new you? This month, we're challenging you to embrace your body hair and let it grow!" it says in a post.

"Ditch the razor and join the Januhairy movement to challenge societal beauty standards and love your natural body," it adds.

The group maintains that shaving is a choice, and whatever you choose to do is A-Okay.
