We've got our first look at the Amy Winehouse Biopic, "Back to Black."
The film about the English singer was announced in 2018, and it's finally set for release this spring.
"Back to Black" stars British actor Marisa Abela as Winehouse and is directed by Sam Taylor-Johnson.
The film has received support from the Amy Winehouse Estate, Universal Music Group and Sony Music Publishing.
The film is centered on her early years in london and the recording of her groundbreaking studio album, 2006's, 'Back to Black'."
A logline for the film reads, "Told from Amy's perspective, the film is an unapologetic look at the woman behind the phenomenon and the relationship that inspired one of the most legendary albums of all time."
Winehouse sold more than 30 million records worldwide in her short career, earning enormous success.
She died in 2011, at the age of 27, of what was ruled an accidental alcohol overdose.
"Back to Black" hits North American Theatres on May 10.
