The viral TikTok video shared by @noraeinhell called the restaurant, asking to be put on hold, to hear the man serenading her about chicken wings.
With lines like "Wings, chicken wings, are the best thing that's not pizza," he won customers' hearts.

The video and song surged in popularity, and now Pizza Hut is confirming what fans guessed.
The sultry voice belongs to the talented and hilarious Craig Robinson.
Robinson is well known as Darryl from the sitcom "The Office,"
His character wrote the famous "Dunder Mifflin, paper persons, paper people" jingle.
Robinson has been the face of the restaurant for a long time.
In an interview with Good Morning America, a spokesperson said they are lucky to be teamed up with Robinson.
"We're thrilled to hear that our hold music is striking a chord -- it's just another cheesy way to connect through the love of pizza every day."
"And that iconic voice serenading is none other than the fabulous Craig Robinson who we have been lucky enough to partner with."
