Soprano's actress Drea de Matteo says opening an OnlyFans account saved her life.

Matteo, who played Adriana La Cerva on the famous HBO series, says she started creating content on the site during a very stressful time.

The actress says she lost work during the pandemic over her refusal to get the COVID-19 vaccine and was close to losing her home.

In an interview with The Daily Mail, she explained that her home was put into foreclosure.

"My house had flooded, so I was trying to sell the house quickly. I wanted to try and sell it before they took it."

"At the same time, I lost my mom, and my other mom, who has dementia, had run out of money for her caregiver. I didn't know which way was up."

Feeling like she was out of options, she joined OnlyFans in August, and people loved it, and she earned enough money to pay her mortgage within a few minutes.'

"I kept putting more pictures up. I was like, 'Holy s***.' In five minutes, I was able to pay back Compass Real Estate, who kept the sale of my house." she told the outlet.

de Matteo says "OnlyFans saved my life, 100%. I can't believe I'm saying that, but it did save us."
