How moms drop bad news in the worst way at the worst time

If you think your mom has no filter when breaking bad news, you're far from alone.

Moms are amazing and sweet, but the older we get, the less patience they have with being gentle when $h!t gets real.

Content creator Brandon Grogan ( @brandongrogancooks) posted a video with multiple examples of how his mother breaks bad news.

In one scenario, she told him there was a good chance she was going to go blind.

"I'm like oh my God that's awful, it's not genetic right? She's like, no, no, I got an ingrown eyelash and I read online that if not properly treated it can lead to blindness," he explains.

Brandon says his mom also has a bad memory.

One conversation went like this.

"You know how your Grandpa has cancer right?"

He replied, "Nope, nope, I had no clue; this is the first time I've ever heard of this."

"Great woman, but there's never like a,'hey are you sitting down right now?'"

"When my bird died, my mom adopted a new cat, and I picked him up with her. I had been with my dad for 2 weeks, so I was excited to see my bird. She said, "sit down and hold onto your kitty," and then -"
