It was a week when the school library was transformed into a bookstore accompanied by posters, fancy stickers and jelly pens.

One dad on TikTok is making sure that his daughter has the best experience for her first book fair.
@theblackbarrys recently revealed how tough it was for kids who didn't have enough money to splurge at the book fair.
"If you were a broke kid like me the Book Fair was a f**ck!ng" nightmare" he explained. "I had to watch all the kids watch the scratch & sniff erasers and book marks"
He then makes it clear that his daughter will not have to endure the same fate and can get anything she wants.
He loaded her school account with $200 dollars and told his daughter she can get everything she circled on the catalgue.
Later, his daughter returned from school with all her goods, and she didn't need that much.
She told her dad she only got three books, including Mario Kart, Bluey, and The Old Lady Eating a Worm, and she spent only $20.
He playfully tells her he's going to the book fair with her to show her how it's done since she didn't get any accessories.
