Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) say they have located an SUV linked to a reported road rage incident on County Road 90 in Essa Township just west of Barrie, and they add the vehicle was stolen.
OPP and Barrie police responded around 3 p.m. on February 20 after receiving a call that a white Infinity SUV was driving erratically and speeding. According to an OPP news release on Thursday, the occupants of the SUV brandished a gun at the victim.
Investigators are looking for three suspects.
They are described as having tan complexions, wearing darker clothing and were between the ages of 18-25 years old.
The driver of the SUV was wearing a dark-coloured balaclava with sunglasses and the passenger appeared to have short brown hair.
