John and Lynn Wyers of Barrie are celebrating after winning a $350,000 top prize with Instant Crossword Extreme.
John said he bought this ticket for his wife, Lynn’s birthday. “It was the largest gift I could get her!” he shared while at the OLG Prize Centre in Toronto to pick up his winnings.
The pair played their ticket at home, then confirmed their win at the store. “Our reaction was ‘Yahoo!’ We were very excited,” John smiled.
John and Lynn don’t have plans for their winnings yet.
OLG is booking in-person prize claim appointments at the OLG Prize Centre in Toronto.
We strongly encourage those with claims between $1,000 and $49,999.90 to submit them online or mail them in. Submitting claims online is fast and secure.
Customers with prizes over $50,000 are asked to call 1-800-387-0098 to discuss available prize claim options.
Instant Crossword Extreme is available for $30 a play and the top prize is $350,000. The odds of winning any prize are 1 in 3.42.
The winning ticket was purchased at Circle K on Duckworth Street in Barrie.
