Underconsumption-core" videos highlight what a typical person uses in their day-to-day life, and it's not fancy gadgets and overpriced food storage containers.
Examples include:
Using an old plastic container to store spices.
Having only a few beauty products.
Using raggedy towels for cleaning.
Having thrifted furniture.
Mismatched plates.
Just one water bottle per person. (These are pricey! No need to spend a week's worth of groceries on a water bottle)
Another good example is fixing things instead of tossing them. For example, you can mend a rip in your clothes instead of shelling cash for a new item.
