A woman found an email in her spam folder claiming she won over $200,000, and it was legit.
The 54-year-old Michigan resident won the BIG CA$H Second Chance Jackpot prize from the Michigan Lottery and claimed her prize after finally checking her spam folder.

She was selected in a random draw on July 9. She had been earning "BIG CA$H Second Chance" drawing entries by playing certain online lottery games.
In an interview with the lottery, she explained, "I didn't know that by playing certain games online, I was earning entries into a second-chance drawing, so I was confused when I came across an email from the Michigan Lottery in my spam folder saying I'd won a $207,199 BIG CA$H Second Chance jackpot prize."
Because you can never be too careful with money offers, she said, she proceeded cautiously.
"After looking into it, I figured out how I had earned the entries, and then I checked three different times to make sure the email was real. This win is so exciting and couldn't have come at a better time!"
She plans to pay bills and invest with her extra cash.
Remember, always be very cautious with emails about money. Don't give out personal information.
