Barrie police released image of a suspect wanted in the alleged assault of a woman on Sept. 16, 2024.
A woman who was allegedly assaulted in the parking lot of a townhouse complex in Barrie was able to snap a picture of the suspect, according to police.
Barrie police communications coordinator Peter Leon says the assault was random and happened on D'ambrosio Drive around 4 pm. on Monday.
The woman was pushed to the ground by the suspect, according to Leon, who said she was able to get a picture of the individual.
She was not seriously injured.
