Just because you're watching your calories doesn't mean you can't enjoy a dirty soda.
Dirty sodas are commonly made with a base soda such as Coke or Dr. Pepper, a sugary syrup, and a dairy beverage such as cream or milk.
It sounds delicious but extremely calorie-heavy.
Now people have found a way to make a healthy version.
It consists of pouring a zero-calorie soda over ice, and then adding a dairy-free vanilla protein drink, something like this.
The two flavours intermingle and create a foamy top similar to a float, and from personal experience, it's delicious. This guy does a great job of explaining the best combination.
