The South Simcoe Police Service says officers are investigating two separate arson incidents this past weekend in Bond Head.
Emergency crews responded to a report of two residential structure fires on Rowe Street on Sunday around 4:30 a.m.
"Upon arrival, emergency services crews found active fires in the residential units and successfully extinguished them," officers stated. "The residential units were unoccupied and there were no reported injuries."

The Office of the Fire Marshal was called to assist with the investigation.
"These incidents mark the eighth (8) residential fire in this new development on Rowe Street, north of 88 on the west side of Highway 27, with the affected residential units at various stages of construction," police added.
"In the initial investigation, it was determined that the previous fires were deliberately set, and three homes in the same development area have been targeted in the past year."
