OPP say bear mace used on youth in Wasaga Beach robbery, suspects sought

OPP say they are looking for two suspects in connection to a robbery in Wasaga Beach where a youth was bear-maced.

The male youth contacted Huronia West OPP on Thursday, Nov. 14, around 11 p.m. and said two unknown suspects robbed him on Mosley Street near 36th Street North.

"The two suspects approached the victim and used bear mace on the victim to take the bicycle the victim was using," according to OPP in a release.

The suspects are described as:

  • Suspect #1: Caucasian, late teens to early 20's, blonde hair, tall and skinny, wearing a red jacket or sweater with fur on the hood, with a baseball cap.
  • Suspect #2: Caucasian, late teens to early 20's, wearing a dark/black jacket/sweater.

Police are asking the public for help identifying the two suspects.
