Nottawasaga OPP recovered various items worth over $65,000 following an investigation in New Tecumseth this month.
On Thursday, Jan. 2, the Nottawasaga Community Street Crime Unit (CSCU) received information that a Kubota diesel side-by-side was stolen and a GPS tracker was pinging at an Alliston address.
Then yesterday afternoon at 5:25, officers executed a search warrant on Boyne Street.
OPP say they found the stolen Kubota inside the garage, as well as items "believed to be stolen" with a total value of $65,810:

- Green Kawasaki Dirt bike Value: $3,500
- Honda Generator Value: $4,500
- 4 Stihl trimmers Value: $2,280
- 2 Stihl quick cut saws Value: $3,600
- Stihl Chainsaw Value: $300
- 2 Hilti Jackhammer/Drills Value: $5,000
- Echo backpack leaf blower Value: $400
- Milwaukee band saw Value: $530
- Milwaukee rotary hammer $1,000
- Wacker Neuson plate tamper Value: $2,200
- Honda Snowblower and pressure washer Value: $2,500
- MTD Snowblower Value: $500
- Hilti Electrical box Value: $1,500
- Assorted brand-new Milwaukee power tools Value: $4,000
A 29-year-old Alliston man was arrested and charged with:
- Possession Property Obtained by Crime Over $5,000 - in Canada
- Obstruct Peace Officer
He is scheduled to appear in court in February.
