Barrie man facing dozens of fraud charges

A 34-year-old Barrie man has been charged by Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) in a fraud investigation that began in October 2022.

Caledon OPP say a business reported fraudulent activity in one of their accounts.

On Tuesday, the suspect was charged with 41 counts of fraud under $5,000 and six counts over $5,000.

 Police did not release any other information about the investigation.

The accused is to appear in Orangeville court next month.
