
Officials say a residential fire in Alliston is not considered suspicious, no injuries were reported, and damage is estimated to be $200,000.
Nottawasaga OPP and New Tecumseth Fire Rescue responded to the blaze at 20 Willis Drive on Wednesday, April 9, at 12:42 p.m.
"Officers observed a fully engulfed residence," police wrote in a release today.
"No one was home at the time ... the fire did not spread to the nearby residences and was put out shortly after."

The cause of the fire is unknown, according to OPP, but the investigation continues.
"The homeowners were required to seek alternative accommodations due to the severe damage inside the home," police stated.
