If you go for a post-dinner walk and let a few farts loose, you're not the only one.
We all let one slip during a walk, but now there's a term for it.
"Fart Walks" is the term coined by Canadian cookbook author Marilyn Smith.
Smith says a brisk post-dinner stroll helps move gas through your system while giving your body a serious wellness boost and letting you age wonderfully.
She shared that she and her husband go on a nightly walk to let go of that gas, and walking helps reduce the risk of type II diabetes.
Gas is a normal part of digestion, but it's important to help it get out of your system instead of letting it stay in your body, which will lead to bloating and cramps.
