The wait is over! The Downtown Barrie BIA, in proud partnership with the Barrie Film Festival, is thrilled to present the return of Lawn Chair Luminata: Outdoor Movie Series at Meridian Place, every Wednesday from June 25 to August 27. With 10 weeks of exciting, funny, nostalgic, and heartwarming films, this beloved tradition continues to offer an unforgettable mid-week summer experience—for free!
Gather your friends, pack your lawn chairs and blankets, and enjoy a summer of open-air cinema under the stars. Films begin at dusk, with rain dates (RD) scheduled for the following day. With thousands attending each season, Lawn Chair Luminata is one of Downtown Barrie's most anticipated community events.
