Investigation in Muskoka nets three suspects, numerous drugs

Three people face charges after an investigation that provincial police say began in the spring into suspected drug trafficking in Huntsville.

Search warrants were executed late last week at several residences in Huntsville and Thorold.

The suspects, from Huntsville, Thorold, and Toronto, have been charged with drug trafficking and participating in a criminal organization. One of the suspects is also up on weapons charges.

One of the accused has been charged with failing to comply with recognizance, and the other with two counts of failing to comply with a release order.

Two of the suspects were held for a bail hearing.
