A tip from the public aided Nottawasaga OPP, who were able to round up and charge a 63-year-old New Tecumseth man with impaired driving.
Just after 10:30 on Friday night, police received a complaint about a vehicle swerving all over the road and at one point nearly going into the ditch, near the Adjala Tecumseth Townline and the 25th Sideroad in Adjala-Tosorontio Township.
Officers tracked down the driver, and based on their observations, charged him with impaired driving.
He has a court date later this month.
