A 70-year-old Huntsville resident was killed when the logging truck they were driving rolled over near Sundridge.

Around 7 a.m. on Sunday, Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) say they responded to a report of a rollover collision on the southbound on-ramp from Highway 124 to Highway 11 in Strong Township.

Police say the driver of the truck was transported to hospital and later pronounced dead as a result of injuries sustained in the collision. A passenger in the rig was also taken to hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.

The investigation into the crash continues.
