Barrie driver charged with stunt driving

A Barrie man had his Saturday morning drive cut short.

Barrie police say they clocked a vehicle travelling 95 km/h in a 50 km/h zone southbound on Yonge Street at Coxmill Road.

In a post on X, police said the 22-year-old driver was charged with speeding and stunt driving.

"Please slow down -speeds that fast can be deadly," police added.
