Nottawasaga OPP charged two drivers for impaired operations in separate townships thanks to public complaints that were responded to nearly simultaneously.

Just after 3 p.m. on Thursday, OPP say two calls came in reporting possible impaired drivers. One for an Essa driver, and another for a New Tecumseth driver.

The former, a 63-year-old man was arrested and charged for alleged impaired driving and not complying with a demand.

Meanwhile, a 47-year-old woman of New Tecumseth was charged with impaired driving while exceeding the legal limit.

Both were released on Form 10 undertakings, with a yet-to-be-determined court date in Bradford.
